
This is a quick and easy breakfast or snack recipe that’s filling and tasty. On the Slimming World diet plan this recipe will cost you either 1 of your Healthy Extra B’s (HEB) or 6 Syns.
It takes about 15minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 Small slices wholemeal bread (HEB)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fry Light
Instructions:
- Beat the egg, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Before you turn on the heat to your pan pour the egg in and place your 2 slices of bread on top to soak up most of the egg.
- Then turn the bread over to soak up the rest.
- Once the egg has soaked into the bread, turn your hob onto a medium / low heat.
- Fry the bread for 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown, then serve.
